Re-board® is an engineered rigid paper board

Re-board was invented in the 1990s by award-winning Swedish inventor Karl-Gustav Ericsson. The main driving force was concern for the environment; He saw that we could not continue carelessly consuming raw materials without seriously disrupting the balance of our planet. It was the first of its kind not based on the common honeycomb structure.

The perfect balance between strength and light weight

The core of the Re-board is uniquely engineered with a corrugated fluting in a tilted pattern. Virgin fibers are used to enhance strength, as close to MDF/Plywood as possible, keeping the weight low. The result is a paper board with all the advantages paper can give, with strength at around 80% of an MDF, weight at around 15% of an MDF and CO2 emission at about 10% of an MDF.
